The Sport Village is regarded as one of the finest hockey facilities in the GTA.  As a result we have had the great fortune to host several hockey celebrities, both on and off the ice.  Some of these great personalities have included O.S.H.L. Professional Hockey Players from the NHL, Brian McFarlane, Johnny Bower, Curtis Joseph, Eric Lindros, Darryl Sittler, Rick Vaive, Darcy Tucker, Walter Gretzky, the Women's China Olympic team, Shayne Corson and Mississauga Mayor and Canadian women's hockey pioneer, Hazel McCallion to name a few.  It has been a great pleasure having these people in our facility and we look forward to bringing more of our favourite celebrities to Vaughan in the future!
