What are the hours for public skating? |

We do not offer public skating. |

Yes, if you have lost something in our facility please check with Guest Services, located at the front of the building, in a reasonable amount of time. |

Where do I find out which rink I'm playing on? |
|
|
We display our rink schedules with corresponding locker room assignments, on overhead television screens adjacent to Guest Services, at the front of the building. If you play on one of our league teams, you also have the option to check your schedule online in the leagues section of this website. |

Do you offer birthday parties? |
|
|
Yes, we do. We offer ice skating and volleyball court rentals. We offer party packages which includes 1hr ice rental or volleyball court rental and 2hrs party room. (Please note: Hours and dates depend on availability) |

Can I bring in my own food for my party? |
|
|
No outside food or beverages are permitted in the facility except for the birthday cake, pretzels and chips. Everything else must be purchased from the restaurant. |

Do you have to wear full equipment for pick-up shinny? |

No. Only gloves, sticks and helmets are mandatory. |
|

How much is shinny? |
|

$8.00 per person per session. |

How much are the locks? |

The locks are $6.00 to purchase. Go to Guest Services and they will be more than happy to help you. |

Yes, we do have gym called Athletic Republic and it’s located on your left when you walk in through the double doors. For more information, please call 905 417-1678. |

Yes, Kidz on Ice offers programs for kids. Please call 905 738-7574, ext. 236. Their office is located when you walk in through the double doors, on your right beside our trophy case. |

Yes, Prostar offers privates and clinic ice time for kids. Please call 905-738-7574, ext. 282. The office is located behind concessions on your right. |

The Sports Village is located at 2600 Rutherford Road in Vaughan, Ontario on the north side of Rutherford Road between Jane Street and Keele Street. Does your building have elevators? |
|
Yes, we do. We have an elevator located downstairs beside the concession stand and upstairs on the 2nd floor. Elevator key are available at Guest Services. |

What days do you offer shinny? |
|
We offer shinny Monday to Friday from 2pm-3:45pm; except on tournaments and some holidays. Please refer to our website for more information for a list. |

Do you have arcade machines? What if I lost my money in the machine? |
|
Yes, arcade machines are located downstairs across from our elevator and upstairs on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the arcade machines are not property of the Sports Village and we are not responsible for money lost. You can proceed to Guest Services where they can provide you with a contact name and phone number to call. |

What does the restaurant provide for my party? |

The buffet tables are setup with linens and paper products are provided as well as forks, spoons, etc. |

Does my party package include tips and gratuities? |
|
No, does not. It is added on to your bill. |

How does the $100 credit work? |
|
You pay the $100.00 for the room and use it towards your food bill. Whatever package you choose, the restaurant credits you the $100.00 and you pay the difference. |

Can I substitute a food item on the package with something else? |
|
Absolutely, make sure you notify the restaurant when you place your food order. |

I am interested in booking my child’s birthday party but my child has a peanut allergy. |

If your child has peanut allergy, you can only bring in food for that child. Please inform the restaurant before booking your party. |

We have four ice rinks and located on the 1st floor. |

We are leaving for a tournament; can I park my vehicle overnight? |

Yes, you must fill out a parking waiver. The forms are available and drop off at Guest Services. |
