- One (1) hour ice includes an allotted flood time (depending on availability)
- One and one half (1.5) hours party room (depending on availability)
- $382.50; Ice is $282.50 (including taxes) and party room $100.00;
- Prices subject to change without notice
- $100 room charge applies towards food in the restaurant. The package you choose, the restaurant will credit you $100.00 and you pay the difference;
- Please note: Full payment required at the time of booking and the participant(s) MUST sign a waiver BEFORE entering the designated rink;
- Please note: coffee, taxes and gratuities are not included in packages and are added on to your bill. Prices subject to change without notice;
- When the ice time and party room are booked and the waiver form is signed, the restaurant requires one week notice for your food order or to discuss menu options, please contact Arul 905-738-7574, ext. 228 or e-mail; arul@sportsvillage.ca;
- Your food bill will be due on the day of your party;
- No outside food or beverages are permitted into the facility except for the cake, chips or pretzels; everything else must be purchased through the restaurant;
- Buffet tables are setup with linens and paper products are provided by the restaurant;
- It is the responsibility of the Licensee to provide paper plates for the cake;
- It is the responsibility of the Licensee to provide locks for their designated dressing room(s). We are not responsible for articles left or stolen in the room. Locks are also available to purchase at Guest Services for $6.00;
- It is the responsibility of the Licensee to provide invitations;
- We do not rent skates or helmets;
- Children under the age of 13 are required and it is mandatory to wear a CSA approved helmet while on the ice; Adults do not have to wear helmets but we strongly recommend they do;
- Before booking any party, please come by and take a look where the ice and rooms are located;
- Bud light room accommodates 25 people and is located between two rinks on the left;
- The North and South meeting room situated between the two rinks on the left can accommodate up to 40 people
- The courtyard is part of the restaurant situated in the back part of the building, not private though; holds 40 to 50 people on one side and the full courtyard is 100 people. It is located between the two rinks in the back;
- The restaurant accommodates up to 250 people;

- All cancellations must occur at least 1 month in advance. All refunds will be subject to a $30.00 administration fee.
