Experienced Servers
The individual must provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time; they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
Maintain clean service areas.
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
Be ready and willing to assist with clearing and resetting tables.
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 3 years experience

Concessions Stand
The Concessions Cashier will take orders, accept money and make change for customers at the concession stand. Follow cash handling procedures at all times. Provide outstanding customer service and deliver menu items in a friendly and timely manner. Cashier will have knowledge of all menu items in the concession stand and be able to provide information and answer questions about menu items. In addition, Cashiers will follow all State and Local food handling, and safety guidelines. In addition, the Cashier will assist in getting the stand ready for opening, reconciling the cash drawer and cleaning and closing the stand.
Position Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary
Must have good basic math skills and the ability to accurately count and handle money
Be able to reach, stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
Positive attitude and neat appearance
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area

Line Cooks
The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the station, kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. Required to follow all Provincial and Local food handling, and safety guidelines.
Position Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
Prepares dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Assists with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
Ensures quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping of the floors, cleaning of surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures.
Disposed spoiled food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual condition.
Performs other related tasks and projects as assigned, which are in accordance with job responsibilities or necessary department and corporate objectives.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act and Regulations and the Corporate Health & Safety policy and related procedures.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Food Handling Certification required.
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a line cook.
Highly effective teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail in all areas of work.
Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong problem identification and problem resolution.
Ability to work at an efficient and consistent pace.
Strong understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and presentation required.
Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitations, and principles of safe food handling required.
Effective communication skills.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Excellent safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
