ICE RENTAL

Please Note:

• •Full payment of VISA or M/C is required when you book, and a contract MUST be signed to complete your booking when full payment is received.  The contract states we are not held liable for any serious injuries.  You use the rink at your own risk.  You are not sharing the ice time with other user groups.
• Please provide your own locks for the dressing rooms.  We are not responsible for articles left or stolen in the room.  Or you can also purchase a lock at Guest Services.
• The one-hour ice time includes the flood allotted time.
• The dressing rooms are assigned on our tv screens.  There is also plenty of bench seating in the lobby overlooking the rink for participants to use.
• We have skate sharpening.  Come by and check out OneStop Proshop.  For more information, please contact the Proshop at (289) 695-0033 or email onestopproshop@mail.com.
• We do not rent skates or helmets.
• C.S.A. approved hockey helmets MUST BE always WORN on the ice.  Non-Contact only.
• Our NHL size rinks can accommodate up to 150 people.
• Children under the age of 13 must wear a full cage.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Chairs, strollers and running shoes are not permitted on the ice.
• Alcohol is not permitted in dressing rooms and lobby area except for designated license area at The Hots Shots Bar and Grill Restaurant.
• No smoking and vaping are permitted in the facility.
• No outside food and beverages are permitted in the facility.  Please visit our Hot Shots Bar and Grill Restaurant or Concessions to purchase food and beverages.

Cancellation Policy:

• The Sports Village must be notified of any cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Failure to provide 2 weeks’ notice will result in a forfeiture of 1 half of the aggregate total amount(s) owing as shown in the ICE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
• Failure to provide 1 weeks’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the aggregate total amount(s) as shown in the ICE RENTAL AGEEMENT.
• Seasonal contracts are not refundable, and amendments cannot be made to the ICE RENTAL AGREEMENT past the designated start date.
