ICE RENTAL

Please Note:

Full payment by VISA or Mastercard is required at the time of booking. A contract must be signed to complete your booking upon receipt of full payment. The contract states that we are not liable for any serious injuries. Use of the rink is at your own risk. Your group will have exclusive use of the ice during your reserved time.

Please provide your own locks for the dressing rooms. We are not responsible for articles left or stolen in the dressing rooms. Alternatively, you may purchase a lock at Guest Services.

The one-hour ice time includes the allotted time for ice resurfacing.

Dressing room assignments are displayed on our TV screens. There is also ample bench seating in the lobby overlooking the rink for participants to use.

Skate and helmet rentals are not available at our facility; please bring your own equipment.

C.S.A.-approved hockey helmets must be always worn on the ice. Only non-contact play is permitted.

Our NHL-sized rinks can accommodate up to 150 participants.

Children under the age of 13 must wear a full-face cage.

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Chairs, strollers, and running shoes are not permitted on the ice.

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted in the dressing rooms or lobby areas, except within the licensed area at The Hot Shots Bar and Grill Restaurant.

Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the facility.

Food and Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility. Please visit our Hot Shots Bar and Grill Restaurant or Concessions to purchase food and beverages.

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid penalties, you must notify The Sports Village of any cancellation at least two weeks prior to your scheduled ice time.

Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice will result in forfeiture of half the total amount due, as outlined in your ICE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

If less than one week’s notice is provided, the full amount as specified in your ICE RENTAL AGREEMENT will be forfeited.

Seasonal contracts are non-refundable, and no amendments to the ICE RENTAL AGREEMENT may be made after the designated start date.
