Unfortunately, at this time given the remaining levels of uncertainty surrounding this COVID-19 pandemic, we do not have a definitive answer on when we will be re-opening. With our mandated complete facility closure to all customers & staff, we still have no definitive answers on:
  • when all programming will resume;
  • when we will be processing any requested credits or refunds to our customers’ accounts; and
  • when we will be issuing supplier payments.

We respectfully request and appreciate that all of our customers & suppliers be patient, and be rest assured that when we will re-open, and staff have returned to active work we will deal with all of your requests for answers and information in a timely and equitable manner. Thank you for advance for your understanding.
